What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with lace uncut and tags attached. Due to hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on products that have been worn or altered.

Most of our wigs come in a standard 'Medium' size that fits 90% of customers. We provide a detailed size guide on each product page with instructions on how to measure your head circumference for a perfect fit.
